Miscellaneous Business
If you would like to present items for Miscellaneous Business at a presbytery meeting, please note the following:
The Stated Clerk would remind everyone that if you have a piece of Miscellaneous Business, the nature of the item of Miscellaneous Business must be shared at the time a request is made. If there is an item that contains a motion, it needs to be brought to the Stated Clerk in printed form at the time Miscellaneous Business is scheduled. The Stated Clerk will review the item, with appropriate assistance, at the noon break. A decision will be made at that time whether the item needs to be referred or can be brought up during the scheduled time for Miscellaneous Business. Also any commissioner making a motion for Miscellaneous Business should provide enough copies of the motion and supporting material for the other commissioners to review.
