Information regarding the reporting of the 2024 Annual Session Statistics
General Assembly does not offer an option for submitting your congregation's Annual Statistics by paper. Everything must be submitted online. If you unable to do so, please contact Staci Percy at ASAP.
We have also made the Necrology Report available online only.

*** Deadline for submitting THE STATISTICAL INFORMATION and NECROLOGY REPORT is
February 15, 2025. There are no exceptions as GA closes the system that day. ***
LOGIN INFORMATION: Your Username is your church's PIN number with a zero in front if you only have a 4-digit PIN. If you have a 5-digit PIN that is your Username. Click here for information on your password. Unless you changed your congregation's password, it will have remained the same as previous years.

After three unsuccessful attempts at logging in, the user will be locked out. Once you are locked, regardless if the correct information is entered, you will not have access and the presbytery cannot unlock it for you. GA checks several times during the workweek and will unlock records as soon as possible.
